1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Boomi to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. What the Bot Does

Boomi translates embeds from other Discord bots into a user's chosen language. It supports multi-page embeds and interactive embeds that use select menus, and it can automatically re-translate an embed when its content changes.

3. Fair Use

Free-tier users are subject to reasonable usage limits (per-day translation quotas) to ensure service availability for all users. Premium subscribers receive priority translation and higher-quality engines. Excessive or abusive usage may be limited at the owner's discretion.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Using the bot to translate content that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Automating mass translation requests (rate limiting applies).
• Attempting to bypass usage limits or subscription restrictions.

5. Availability

The bot is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime. Translation depends on external services (Google, DeepL, Kilo, Mymemory) whose availability is beyond our control.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium status is an optional feature managed manually by the bot owner. There is no automated payment system through the bot; any arrangement between a user and the owner is optional and agreed separately, and users are never required to pay anything in order to use the bot's free features.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
